We will always try to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. If we do not have the item/s in stock, we will quickly advise you of this and let you know how long it will take for us to make up your order especially for you. We hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. Enclosed with your order will be a Returns Note. Please complete this in full. Return the product to us in its original, unused condition within 14 working days of delivery ensuring the parcel is properly sealed with the completed Returns Note enclosed. You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded. In the event that items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 days).
